Love Choice is a decision-based adventure game about love and the choices we make. It's cute and colourful art style, combined with soft relaxing music is great for anyone looking for a simple and tranquil visual novel.
The game is split into three shot novels about young love, “Love Game”, “Love Distance”, and “Love Detective” As the title suggest, you will make choices throughout each of the relationships, and there's a number of different outcomes that provide some decently lengthy replay value.
The mechanics of Love Choice are simple. They all focus on dialogue options, and it's up to the player to choose 1-4 choices that will influence the relationships. Some of them are good choices and others much worse. Whether you get a good or bad ending is entirely up to you.
The aesthetics are beautifully drawn, accommodated by soft calming music. I found the entire experience relaxing and rather satisfying, but it does have some problems. Mostly the stories are well made, but I did find them lacking any real emotion. I never found myself caring for the characters, so the overall impact of your choices felt rather lacking. Still, for the price point, this is well worth the money. There's plenty of replay value too if you wish to experience every ending that it has to offer.
